Del Webb Announces two new developments in the South

In a continued push to support housing for retiring baby boomers in warmer climates, Del Webb has announced two developments. Del Webb Southern Harmony in Murfreesboro,TN and Del Webb Catalina in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Southern Harmony will offer 1100 home sites and is the first 55 and up community in Murfreesboro,TN.

It is located in West Murfreesboro off Hwy 96 which provides good proximity to I840 and Franklin,TN. Del Webb Catalina is the second Del Webb Community to serve Lakewood Ranch and will gain popularity fast as Lakewood Ranch has become highly desirable to many. It will offer 1300 home sites. Both sites will offer a clubhouse, tennis, pickleball, community events, and clubs.
