Irrespective of having attractive web designs and compelling copy of useful content, several websites fail to get traffic and conversations. While this issue has been widely discussed and debated over the years, many entrepreneurs often arrive at the passive old adage that says if there is a website, visitors might come someday. However, capturing the attention of visitors and converting them to customers is hardly a mammoth and laborious task.  The failure is often caused by the numerous missed opportunities and mistakes that drive users away.

Hence, real estate platforms that fail to garner traffic should diligently consider whether they are making any of the following mistakes:

.A thoroughly outdated and unappealing web design.

.Not easily readable content

.The site relies extensively on outdated plugins

.An overwhelming array of advertisements

.The videos and music on the website auto-play

.An unclear and cluttered navigational structure

.An obtrusive set of registration requirements

.No personalization to augment brand identity and credibility

.The load time is significantly high

.The offers are neither relevant nor appealing to the target audience

.The information provided lacks clarity

.Ineffective or no call to action

.Exaggerated landing page promises

.No responsive web designs

.No exit intent technology

.The site contains malicious codes

While these aren’t the only website issues to be looked into, addressing them successfully can help improve both traffic and conversions significantly.
