Built by KB Homes, Chaco Canyon is a large neighborhood in Mountain’s Edge. There are over 800 homes in this Mountain’s Edge subdivision. These homes were built in different phases, one of these phases include The Villas at Chaco Canyon. In all Chaco Canyon offers 6 different floor plans, making this neighborhood one of the more varied looking neighborhood in Mountain’s Edge. Mountain’s Edge is a beautiful community located in Southwest Vegas. This region is a master planned community, which was envisioned by Focus Property Group. Enterprise includes a large portion of South West Las Vegas and was created in 1996 and is governed by the Clark County Commission. Being located on the very southwest side of Las Vegas allows residents amazing views of the beautiful desert landscape that runs parallel to Las Vegas. Some of the landmarks that can be seen from Mountain’s Edge are Red Rock and Mount Charleston.
