Maravilla is a subdivision in Mountain’s Edge. Mountains Edge is a master planned community in Southwest Vegas which featMountains Edge Las Vegasures homes built from 17 different builders. Maravilla was created by the builders at Amstar.

 

Homes in Maravilla are priced in the $200,000’s and are beautiful, two story homes. This subdivision in Mountain’s Edge was created in 2006, making the homes in this subdivision less than 10 years old.

 

These homes in the Maravilla subdivision of Mountain’s Edge Las Vegas are measured from about 1,500 square feet to almost 2,500 square feet. These homes have 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Mountain’s Edge is located in the unincorporated town of Enterprise, Nevada. Enterprise includes a large portion of South West Las Vegas and was created in 1996 and is governed by the Clark County Commission. Enterprise is a more family focused area of Las Vegas where Allegiant Airlines has its headquarters.

 

Being located on the very southwest side of Las Vegas allows residents amazing views of the beautiful desert landscape that runs parallel to Las Vegas. Some of the landmarks that can be seen from Mountain’s Edge are Red Rock and Mount Charleston.
