What to do in Miami in the middle of April? Our clients always ask us what to do in Miami, so I figured I would put together a quick list of what’s left to do this month. Here are my picks of places to go and things to do over the next two weeks in April.
AIDS Walk April 26th
The 27th Annual AIDS Walk Miami 5K on Sunday, April 26th. This fund is to help support over 15,000 individuals living in Miami-Dade and Broward Communities who have been affected by or infected with HIV/AIDS.
Food and Wine Event 15 – April 18, 2015
Still today and tomorrow the Veritage Miami (formerly the United Way Miami Wine & Food Festival) brings more than 3,000 wine, beer, spirits and food lovers from all across South Florida.

Head over to two of favorite restaurants.Two little gems in the city.
Macchialina – One of my personal favorite restaurants. Great Italian food (with a modern twist), excellent service, great management and reasonable prices. A must visit!
Nido Caffe -Not on Miami Beach but worth the drive off of the beach and a great neighborhood spot. Located on Biscayne Boulevard. They also feature Italian cuisine. Ask for their bread and the limoncello cake. Take a loaf home, totally worth it and in my opinion the best bread on the beach. I am from Croatia where we live by the bread so trust me when I say I know bread.
A Day Trip to the Keys
When you get tired of bustle and hustle of Miami, there is no better idea than visiting the Keys. We like to head down to Key West. It takes about 4 hours to get to Key West. You can pick different activities like snorkeling, diving, fishing or just relaxing. If you don’t want to drive that far, any of the other keys are worth checking out too.

Wynwood Life is an annual event filled with art, music, fashion, and food. This three-day event and will feature artists, fashion shows, art displays, musical bands, new collaborative cooking showcase that will highlight popular Wynwood restaurants and chefs.
