Aventura, Florida is the setting for a real estate showdown. In what is being aptly described as The Last Private Island in South Florida, plans are being made to develop on the eight acre piece of land. Notable architect firm Seiger Suarez has led the way to design two chic towers boasting the grandest aesthetic. Due to the environment the team has provided, their most service-rich environment in its career, this last build-able island will meet world class standards. This small removed island is connected by a single bridge, and overlooks a gorgeous waterway here.
From Trump Hollywood in 2010, the Privé team has moved forward to invest it’s wealth of talent into this island. As decades evolved the island was able to be molded by the partnership to continue to offer the locations full privacy and intimacy. Privé itself had to match up the magnificence of the island, and offer a full 360 degree view. The island naturally provides security outside, but inside are sprawling floor plans and large units equipped with the finest amenities.
For all this view though, the two towers only contain eighty residences each. This means that as construction on the units begins this summer, the race is on for a reservation. Although, as of late May the firm has been moving reservations to contract, one step closer to the final goal of life on an eight acre piece of land, with only 160 residences.
