Land O'Lakes, FL- Kristie Dimarakis of Keller Williams Tampa Properties successfully completed how to build a New Homes Niche, recently approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission for a 3 hour continuation education credit. In doing so, she also earned the New Homes Co-Broker designation (NHCB)
According to the study by the New Homes Builders Inc. 35% of those shopping re sales will consider a new home. 7 out of 10 shoppers will use a Realtor to help them purchase a new home from a Builder. Buyers know they need to have representation when purchasing a new home from a Builder. The challenge in today's market is to provide the same high level of service for both new home sales and resales.
According to Realtor.com they forecast that in the Tampa Bay area, homes sales will rise 1.3 percent in 2018. Prices could shoot up even higher, to 6 percent. Tampa also ranks within the Top 30 among the nations's Top 100 housing markets.
