We have not yet achieved information age warfare."
Many of you have heard my stories about the US Navy and about how the Navy and the military is way ahead in the commercial application of many technologies.
AI is one of those technologies where the current possibilities would shock many. AI is not the future, AI is now, every day. And, there is a "technological inversion effect" where the commercial world is deploying newer technologies before the military has a deployable application. What is needed? Application and implementation.
Do I think AI can replace what REALTORS do?
It can replace much of it (currently, more than most realize) and I am not sure what part of a real estate transaction will continue to need human beings to complete a transaction as we roll into the future. I am sure lots of folks will tell us what they are :-)
