Text Without Context is Pretext

It makes perfect sense when you think about it. And it applies to real estate and the real estate industry, for both agents and consumers.

Establishing the Context

One of the roles of a real estate license is to put the content of real estate information into the context of the client’s life.

It is also easy today for agents and brokers to be misled about their future. With all of the information floating around in the real estate industry...with all of the talk about change, technology, new broker models, commissions, Department of Justice, IDX, VOW, Data ownership, Artificial Intelligence, national MLS, etc...you need an honest context.

That is exactly what John Reilly and I plan to bring you here on Facebook in a number of the online communities in which we participate...and in even greater detail and reference at RealtyTimes.com. If you haven't been to the site in a while, check it out, it is going through a remake.

I have been using this quote for over 20 years as I evangelized the coming and the use of technology in the real estate industry.

I first heard the quote from the Rev. Jackson who was himself quoting Dr. Donald A. Carson, professor of New Testament at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and the author of several books.
