Days on market is 204 -- higher than many area of the country, but with an average price over $9 million -- its no wonder buyers take a bit longer to decide on their purchase!
Condo prices are lower -- with an average price of $1,294,000 and a market time of 89 days.
And notes one local expert, "Despite a nationally fluctuating real estate market, the Roaring Fork Valley is still on the upswing."
