Frisco, Texas, one of the fastest growing cities in North Texas, has seen its population grow an astounding 449 percent since 1990.

Because of this huge jump in population, most of the homes are 15 years old or less, with many of the newest additions priced in the million dollar range.

Average sales prices are considerably higher than nearby Dallas, with prices reported at $532,000. Rising prices are directly related to rising demand -- the area has seen transactions up 24 percent over 2006.

Add these growing market factors to a healthy economy, and its no wonder that Frisco is the place to be.
