Denver, Colorado, saw its median sales price for a single family home decrease -- not a terribly common trend -- from September to October of this year.

Brian Kinkade, Broker Associate for Cherry Creek Professionals Realty in Denver, reports that the city is very desirable as a center for national and international commerce, and that days on market has decreased almost ten days in recent months.

He reports that condo sales are seeing a median price of $235,000. Single family homes are a bit pricier, in the $331,000 region.

This price is only slightly higher than the average list price, which came in at $260,000.
