Realtor Ron Rhipps, of Warwick, Rhode Island, is excited for buyers. He reports, "The real estate market is wild! Transactions are happening and some buyers are making some great buys."

The city has the lowest median price per square foot in Rhode Island -- at $290 -- compare that to Westerly, which is $1,225 per square foot!

He notes also that this suburban community of approximately 87,000 people has great waterfront real estate and is a transporation hub. "Well-priced properties are selling, just not as rapidly and at lower prices."
