Realtor Carol Banner has seen a drop in home sales in the Lake Arrowhead Mountain Area.
But with four distinct seasons, lots of outdoor activities, Lake Arrowhead Golf Club and Lake Arrowhead Yacht Club, this Mountain Living community is very attractive to buyers.
They just seem reluctant to step up to the plate, Banner says, and sales in the Lake Arrowhead area are down as much as 50 percent.
And with prices down as much as 5 percent, the market conditions heavily favor buyers.
Banner foresees an upturn in the area by summer, with a "pent up need" driving buyers to the beautiful Southern California region.
And the ready availability of financing, huge inventory and anxious sellers should act as a huge draw to potential buyers.
