Catonsville, MD Real Estate Market Report July 2015

The July real estate market here in Catonsville, MD really moved this month with 90 units sold at an average of $328,077 for detached homes.  75 new homes came on the market this month as well which is down about 8% from last year. 

These statistics include attached and detached homes (see chart below for breakdown). 

There is more good news for sellers as the average days on market was just 39 days and the average Listing Price to Sold Price is at 97.5% - homes are being priced right here in Catonsville.
